This document outlines the terms and conditions (“Agreement“) governing your enrolment in the “Speak Correct English” course offered by Gurvia (“Gurvia,” “we,” “us,” or “our“). By enrolling in the course, you (“Learner,” “you,” or “your“) agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
1. Enrolment and Registration
You agree to enrol in the “Speak Correct English” course by completing the registration process and providing accurate, up-to-date information. By enrolling, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any additional policies or guidelines provided by Gurvia.
2. Course Structure and Schedule
The “Speak Correct English” course consists of 19 sessions, each lasting between 40-60 minutes. Sessions will be conducted via Zoom Meeting, and you’ll have the opportunity to choose your preferred session timings based on availability.
3. Payment and Fees
The full value of the “Speak Correct English” course is Rs. 30,000, all-inclusive.
However, for a limited time, Gurvia is excited to offer an exclusive introductory price of just Rs. 18,999, all-inclusive.
- For Indian Customers: The price shown includes all applicable GST.
- For International Customers: You’ll pay the equivalent of Rs. 18,999 in your local currency.
4. Language Assessment
The first and last sessions of your “Speak Correct English” course will include a language assessment to evaluate your current proficiency and track your progress throughout the program.
5. Personalized Coaching
You will receive personalized 1-on-1 online coaching sessions tailored to your specific needs and goals to maximize your learning experience. Additional coaching sessions are also available post- course completion to ensure continued improvement and support, at an extra fee.
6. Attendance Policy
You are expected to attend all scheduled “Speak Correct English” sessions punctually.
- If you are unable to attend a session, you must inform Gurvia at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
- A missed session can be rescheduled a maximum of two times only. Failure to attend a rescheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of that session.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials related to the “Speak Correct English” course, including session recordings, the participant guide, and any other content provided, are the sole property of Gurvia. We retain all
rights to these materials and recordings, including their use for learning, marketing, and promotion. By participating in the course, you consent to being recorded and acknowledge Gurvia’s ownership and usage rights.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds will be provided in accordance with Gurvia’s Refund Policy, which stipulates the conditions under which refunds will be issued and any applicable processing fees. Cancellations must be made in writing and may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in the Refund Policy.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Gurvia is committed to protecting your privacy and will only collect and use your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or disagreements arising from your enrolment in the “Speak Correct English” course will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
