We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our “Speak Correct English” course. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:
Refund Eligibility:
Once the course starts, refunds will not be granted except under special / unforeseen circumstances. Gurvia, (Speak Correct English) reserves the right to grant or deny refunds as deemed fit.
In case the learner is not able to start the course at the agreed start date then the start date will be changed a maximum of 2 times.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, learners must submit a written request to transsform@speakcorrectenglish.com within the refund eligibility period.
The refund request must include a detailed explanation of the reasons for the refund and any supporting documentation.
We will review the request and notify the learner of the decision within 3-4 business days.
Refund Amount:
If approved, refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days via the original method of payment. Refunds will be subject to a 10% processing fee to cover administrative costs.
Refund Exceptions:
No refunds will be provided for learners who fail to comply with the terms and conditions of the course, including attendance requirements and code of conduct violations.
No Refunds will be granted once the course has started.
